In my personal opinion, Townsville is a safe and real place to invest.
The strength of our infrastructure is diverse, which has meant in the past a steady growth, with real growth during booms and gradual and minimal declines during the busts.
Government monies funding defense and other government initiatives provide stability whilst the other areas surrounding Townsville such as agriculture and mining have alternatively provided positively over the years to Townsville stable economy.
Townsville is a great place to live and work; I love Townsville both for prosperity and lifestyle.
